Elk in the Mist captures that magical moment of sunset when the local family of animals is often walking in the shadow of the Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach, Oregon. I've sat in this place and listened to the rustling breezes in the grasses, the strong ocean waves in the distance, in awe of the sense of being connected to creation, if only for a moment.
