Friends who live outside of Idaho ask me if the pink skies I post in photograps and paintings are real. They, indeed, are! But one of the main benefits of very cold weather is this phenomenon where the snows and sometimes even the morning mists almost capture pink to hot pink hues, like holding onto a cotton candy at the summer festival. Then some bunnies, and even a mystical castle crept into my mind. So it's a real place, but having a visit from a magical moment of the heart.
