The breeze tugged gently at my hat, birds sang overhead, and pale petals fell one by one, each one catching the light like a quiet amen.

I had passed this tree for years, but had never stopped to see it fully. This time, I brought my paints. And in the hush of that moment, the tree opened something in me too.

This painting is a portrait of peace, of presence, and of the beauty that reveals itself when we finally sit still long enough to notice. A single tree in bloom—standing, shimmering, praying its way into spring.
